摘要
目的 :探讨钡餐造影和CT对Menetrier′s病的诊断价值。材料与方法 :对Menetrier′s病的临床特点、生化检查、胃镜及影像学改变进行了综合分析 ,3例患者均行钡餐造影检查 ,其中 1例行CT检查。结果 :Menetrier′s病钡餐造影的典型表现为局限性或广泛性胃黏膜粗大 ,病变区域胃壁柔软 ,CT上可见胃浆膜面光滑 ,周围结构清晰。本组 3例患者均诊为Menetri er′s病。结论 :影像学检查是诊断Menetrier′s病的重要手段 。
Purpose:To evaluate the value of barium meal and CT in the diagnosis of Menetrier′s disease.Material and Methods:The clinical features,laboratory findings,endoscopy and imaging appearances were analyzed.All 3 cases were examined with barium meal,1 case with CT.Results:The typical appearance of Menetrier′s disease of barium meal is the presence of enlarged,irregular folds in the stomach,but the gastric wall is soft.On CT scan,the serosal surface of stomach remains smooth.All 3 cases were diagnosed correctly.Conclusion:Radiographic examination is an important method to diagnose Menetrier′s disease,it would be very useful to combine image and clinical information.
