长必安干预大肠癌转移的基因芯片研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨中药长必安抑制大肠癌转移的机制。方法 :应用含 2 2 7个靶基因芯片分析长必安干预后的大肠癌裸鼠转移模型的基因表达谱差异。结果 :发现 p47LBC、DKPZP434A2 32 2与 syn-thetase- like protein m RNA等 3个基因在肠癌转移模型发生转移和未发生转移的癌组织中存在表达差异 ,长必安对后两个基因产生上调作用。结论 Objective: To investigate the effect mechanism of Changbi'an on the colorectal cancer metastasis. Methods:The difference of genes expression in the nude mice model with colorectal cancer metastasis was investigated by applying the cDNA micro array after treated with Changbi'an. Results: There were different of the p47LBC, DKFZP434A2322 and synthetase like protein mRNA genes expression in the tissues with colorectal cancer metastasis or without metastasis. Changbi'an could improve those genes expression. Conclusion:Changbi'an may play a certain role on regulating multiple metastasis relating oncogene.
