瘢痕疙瘩中小分子蛋白多糖decorin基因表达研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 检测瘢痕疙瘩中小分子蛋白多糖decorin的基因表达水平改变,探讨其在瘢痕疙瘩形成机制中的可能作用。方法 以含decorin cDNA的重组质粒为模板,体外转录合成decorin cRNA探针,采用原位杂交技术,检测瘢痕疙瘩增生期、静止期和正常皮肤组织中decorin mRNA表达水平。结果 增生期瘢痕疙瘩中decorin mRNA表达水平较静止期瘢痕疙瘩和正常皮肤减少(P<0.01,P<0.01)。静止期瘢痕疙瘩与正常皮肤相比,decorm mRNA水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论瘢痕疙瘩组织中decorin的基因表达发生变化,尤其在瘢痕疙瘩的增生期改变显著,提示其参与瘢痕疙瘩的形成过程。
