摘要
某砖结构房屋在验收过程中,发现位于伸缩缝两侧的第1层墙体和顶板存在裂缝。通过计算分析,该结构基底反力的差异较大,产生地基不均匀沉降,从而在局部墙体产生较大的剪应力,造成墙体及局部楼板开裂。本文分析了裂缝产生的原因,讨论了裂缝对结构的危害,提出了相应的修复措施,以供设计参考。
In the process of acceptance for one brick building,some cracks were found on the walls of both sides of expansion joint and the top plate at the first floor. This paper analyzes the cause of the crack and concludes that the cracks results from unequal settlement of the foundation?Finally,some appropriate strengthening methods are put forward in the paper.
