钒-茜素S络合物在碳糊电极上的吸附伏安法研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了钒-茜素S络合物在碳糊电极上的吸附伏安行为。在pH5.1的NH_4OAcHOAc缓冲溶液中,钒-茜素S络合物在-0.52V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的吸附还原峰,峰高与钒的浓度在2.0×10^(-9)~1.0×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,捡出限为8.0×10^(-10)mol·L^(-1)(富集240s)。讨论了电极反应机理,方法已用于水样中痕量钒的测定,结果满意。 A sensitive adsorptive-reduction peak produced by the complex of V(Ⅴ)-alizarin S at paste carbon electrode in an NH_4OAc-HOAc buffer solution of pH 5. 1 was observed at—0. 52V(vs. SCE). The peak heights were found to be in linear relationship with the concentration of vanadium(Ⅴ) in the range of 2.0×10^(-9)~1.0×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1). Detection limit of the method was found to be 8. 0×10^(-10) mol·L^(-1) (preconcentration for 240s). A brief discussion on the mechanism of the electrode reaction was also given. The proposed method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in water samples.
