摘要
介绍了高效液相色谱外标法测定新型除草剂丙草醚含量的方法。用C_8反相柱,甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,紫外检测波长310nm;线性范围1～300μg·ml^(-1);相关系数为0.9999,RSD为0.36%。回收率为98.5%～101.8%,检出限为8.33ng·ml^(-1)。
HPLC was applied to the separation and determination of 4-[(4, 6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidyloxy)-benzylamino]-propyl benzoate which is the main component of the new herbicide ZJ0273. XDB-C_8 column was used as the stationary phase, and a mixture of methanol and H_2O in the proportion of 80 to 20 was used as the mobile phase. The determination was finally performed by using UV-deteetion at 310nm. Linearity holds in the range 1～300μg·ml^(-1). The correlation coefficient of the regression equation A=34. 4508+56. 0307C was found to be 0. 9999. Limit of detection (S/N=3) was 8. 33ng·ml^(-1). RSD′s (n=6) was found to be 0. 36% and the recoveries were in the range 98. 5%～101.8%.
