Applicative Value of CT in Cranial and Facial Injuries

目的 :探讨CT在颅面外伤中的应用价值。材料与方法 :选择 31例重症颅面部外伤的病例进行螺旋CT薄层扫描 ,在工作站 ,利用软件功能先进行多平面重建 (MPR)及三维重建 ( 3D) ,分析比较轴位、MPR及 3D的异常改变。结果 :轴位图像提供损伤的基本信息 ,MPR多方位的图像对骨折及其周围情况显示全面 ;3D以观察严重复杂骨折的空间关系为主。结论 :螺旋CTMPR及 3D弥补了单纯轴位图像的不足 ,结合轴位图像可以全面立体地显示病变 。

Purpose:To discuss the applicative value of CT in cranial ficial injuries.Materials and Methods:31 Case of badly cranial and facial injuries were given spiral CT scan,then the volume scan data were transferred to the workstation nad performed MPR and three dimensional reconstruction by softwere,analyzing the abnormality changes of axial scan,MPR and 3D scan.Results:Axial images can provide the basic information of injuries,MPR images can show the fractures and the conditions all around,3D images are to observe the special relationship of badly and complex fractures.Conclusion:Spiral CT MPR and 3D images can compensate the deficiency of simple axial images,and they are of great value in making operation plan and evaluating the effect ofter operation.
