摘要
目的 :探讨利用不同的扫描参数所进行的CT仿真内镜技术对结肠新生物的诊断价值。材料与方法 :对 2 2例可疑结肠新生物患者行结肠不同充气量和不同的扫描参数后螺旋CT检查 ,将CT容积扫描原始数据进行重建 ,再利用工作站软件生成仿真结肠内镜影像。结果 :所有病例进行了透明、多平面重组和CT仿真结肠内镜技术 ,最后获得了满意的仿真结肠内镜图像 ,通过选择不同的观察方法、角度、阈值 ,仿真结肠内镜能清楚显示病变部位、大小、形态及其侵犯范围。结论 :仿真结肠内镜作为一种新的检查手段 ,利用适当的扫描技术 。
Purpose:To study the diagnostic value of computed tomography virtual endoscopy (CTVE) for colon neoplasms by using different scanning parameters.Materials and Methods:22 patients suspected having colon neoplasms were examined with spiral CT with different amount of air charged into colon and different scanning parameters.The raw data of CT scanning volume were reconstructed and transformed into CTVE images at the software workstation.Results:The techniques of ray sum,multiplanar reformation (MPR) and CT virtual colonendoscopy (CTVC) were performed on all patients and satisfying images of CTVC were obtained.Through choosing different view method,angle and threshold values,CTVC could clearly demonstrate the location,size,shape and extension of lesions.Conclusion:As a new means of examination,CTVC has high clinical value for diagnosis of colon neoplasms with proper scanning techniques.
