摘要 油藏开发过程中的出砂问题是影响产能的重要因素。了解油藏出砂机理对有效控制出砂以及选择合理的防砂方法具有重要的指导意义 通过室内岩心流动实验,研究了流体粘度以及pH值对出砂的影响。研究结果表明,开始出砂的临界流速随原油粘度以及流体pH值的升高而下降;当pH值超过12以后,出砂量显著增大。因此在钻井、完井及油井作业过程中应注意入井流体pH值的控制。 Sand production is an important factor affecting productivity of oil wells. Understanding the mechanism of sand production is important to sand control. Through in - house core flow test, the effect of fluid viscosity and pH value on sand production has been studied. The result indicates that critical flow rate at the beginning of sand production declines with the rising of oil viscosity and pH value of fluid; when pH value exceeds 12, sand production increases remarkably. Therefore, in the course of drilling, completion and workover, the pH value of inflowing fluid should be controlled.
