Structure type of floating head type of waste heat boiler was introduced, the caused reasons were analyzed for its existing problems of insufficient heat transfer capacity, easy tube damage, heat insulation lining cylinder deformation etc., improved suggestion and executive measures were presented from the respects of improving heat transfer condition and structure.
