Social system and it's situation of Qin and Zhou period has been analysed in this article. The social value of sports content and form under the oriental cultural background, and realizing self- value has been inquired. We believe that society of sports value is a motive power that pushes forward the sports development. An individual need of sports value is a second motive force that pushes forward the sports development.
