摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术对八个香菇品种酯酶同工酶进行了研究 ,结果表明其酶带数目一般为 4~ 6条 ,其中基本酶带只有一条 ,Rf为 0 5 16 ,并通过对各品种间的联合系数 (S)的分析 ,比较了它们之间的亲缘关系。
The esterase isoenzyme from the eight strains of Lentinus edodes was studied by using vertical flat electrophoresis of polyacrylamide gel.The results showed the number of isoenzyme bands was four-six bands ordinarily,and the fundamental band was only one,it's Rf was 0.516.Therefor,the affinity relation was compared by analysing the combined coefficient(s)between the different strain.
