摘要
对苯乙烯工业本体后聚合过程进行了模型化研究。建立了实验模拟装置 ,对塔式反应器的混合模式进行了分析。结果表明 ,后聚釜中的每段双螺带搅拌部分可视为 1或 2个全混流 (CST)反应器模型 ;利用工业装置采集的数据对不同模型进行了对比 ,选取了CST与平推流 (PF) 5段串联的反应器模型 ;对宏观转化率和平均相对分子质量进行了验证 。
A mathematical model was developed to predict the performance of an industrial continuous bulk styrene polymerization process. The present process contained three post-polymerization reactors. Each reactor includes three cells and two shell and tube heat exchangers. Flow behavior of cell was investigated. The result indicated that the cell could be simplified as one or two continuously stirred tank (CST) reactor. And the post-polymerization reactors were simplified as CST and plug flow (PF) reactor models in series. The simulation values of conversion, average relative molecular mass and its distribution were in good agreement with industrial data.
