摘要
用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜和差示扫描量热计表征了聚丙烯 /聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PP/PBA)热塑性弹性体的结构和形态。结果表明 ,PP/PBA热塑性弹性体具有两相分散结构 ,在制备过程中形成的PP与PBA的接枝共聚物促进了两相之间的分散以及相界面之间的结合。PP/PBA热塑性弹性体在高剪切条件下具有良好的流动性 ,而且在非极性溶剂中具有较低的溶胀度。
The structure and morphology of PP/PBA thermoplastic elastomer were characterized by FTIR, SEM, DSC. It was found that the PP/PBA thermoplastic elastomer had two phases structure with PP component as the continuous phase and PBA as the dispersed phase. The graft copolymer of PP and PBA, formed during the preparation process of the elastomer, promoted dispersion and interfacial adhesion between the two phases. The thermoplastic elastomer had good flowability under high shear rate, and reasonable mechanical properties. It also showed remarkable toughening effect on PP resin.
