摘要 目的 探讨镉离子 (Cd2 + )与锰离子 (Mn2 + )对血清中肌肽酶 (CAR)与肝脏中CAR活性的影响。方法 探索 2种离子对血清及肝中CAR的最佳激活浓度 ,比较激活结果。结果 Cd2 + 能将血清中CAR活性提高 16倍 ,而对肝脏中CAR无激活作用 ;Mn2 + 能将血清中CAR活性提高 2倍 ,将肝脏中CAR活性提高 2 .7倍。血清中CAR与肝脏中CAR的 [Mn2 + /Cd2 + ]激活比值差异有显著性。结论 血清中CAR与肝脏中CAR在化学性质上存在差异 ,很可能存在CAR同工酶。 Objective To study the influences of cadmium ion(Cd 2+) and manganese ion(Mn 2+) on the activity of carnosinases in serum and liver. Methods The optimal concentration of both ions was studie. The activation results were compared. Results The activity of carnosinase in serum could be enhanced up to 16 times by Cd 2+ or twice by Mn 2+. The carnosinase in liver was not activated by Cd 2+, but enhanced up to 2.7 times by Mn 2+. The difference of the activation ratio of [Mn 2+/Cd 2+] between serum and liver was significant. Conclusions The carnosinase isoenzymes maybe present in human tissues since the differences on chemistry characterizations of carnosinase between serum and liver were observed.
