摘要
目的 了解剧烈运动对肾功能影响。方法 用尿沉渣流式细胞仪 (UF 10 0 )、放射免疫等方法 ,测定45名健康男女学生剧烈运动前后尿红细胞 (RBC)、白细胞 (WBC)、管型 (Cast)、上皮细胞 (EC)、结晶 (X’TAL)、病理管型 (P .Cast)、小圆上皮细胞 (SRC)、总蛋白 (PRO)、白蛋白 (Alb)、α1 微球蛋白 (α1 MG)、β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白 (RBP)、N 乙酰 β D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)及电导率等指标 ,以评价剧烈运动前后肾功能变化情况。结果 剧烈运动前后及休息后男生尿RBC、WBC、Cast、EC差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;女生剧烈运动后尿Cast差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;男女生尿X’TAL、P .Cast、PRO、SRC、Alb、α1 MG、β2 MG、RBP及NAG剧烈运动后显著增加 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,而电导率运动前后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 剧烈运动会导致肾功能异常变化。
Objective To investigate the influence of violent movement on the renal function. Methods The renal function of 45 male and female healthy students’ was evaluated by analysis of urinary elements before and after violent movement with UF-100, RIA etc., including RBC, WBC, Cast, X'TAL, epithelial cell(EC), protein(RPO), Alb, α 1-microglobulin(α 1-MG), β 2-microglobulin(β 2-MG), RBP, N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and conductivity. Results Urine RBC, WBC, Cast and EC in the male students had significant difference before and after violent movement (P<0.01). One hour later, the female students' urine Cast was significantly increased after violent movement (P<0.01). Urinary X'TAL、P.Cast、PRO、SRC、Alb、α 1-MG、β 2-MG、RBP and NAG were significantly increased after violent movement in male and female students (P<0.01 or P<0.05). But the changes of urine conductivity were not significant. Conclusions Violent movement can lend to the abnormal changes of renal function.
