摘要
The issueing scale of national debt in our country has expanded rapidly since 1997,but some safety indexs of national debt send out different signals. This article completely explains the phenomenon though the international comparison,and then rectifies the distorted indexs.Based on that,the auhor uses his original model to disscuss the scale of national debt in the future in theory under the restrictions of avoiding the crisis of government repaying and not to influence on the posterity’s burden.
