摘要
本文在研究项目评估系统及相关理论和技术的基础上,总结出了项目评估主要工作与主要指标数学模型,并研制开发了投资项目评估信息系统(CIAD),本系统由数据库维护和数据分析与处理两个子系统组成,具有较高的安全可靠性,便于推广应用与功能扩充,适用于银行及其他行业对各类基建项目经济评估的数据处理,也可用于基本建设项目可行性研究,经试用可大大简化评估工作,提高评估效率与评估质量。
Based on the research of CIAD and theories and technologies in relevant,the author makes a summary of the main task of the assessment,develops a mathematical mode of the main indexes,and designs a CIAD.This system consists of two.It is of higher security,and can simplifies the assessment process and improve the efficiency and quality of the assessment.
