摘要
文章通过大量的事实论述了我国现行林业经营和管理制度的不合理性、提出要改以生产原木为主的生产方式为林、副、特产品综合开发的营林措施,指出生态林业是我国林业发展的必由之路,进而探讨了生态林业的本质、内容及其经济学问题。
The paper expounds the unreasonable forest management and administration system in cffect by a host of facts. It raises a measure for changing log produchon into comprehensive ex- ploitation of forest, sideline and specialty, and points out that eco-forestry is the only way for de- veloping forestry in China, then discusses the essence, content and some economics problems of eco-forestry.
