高校教师作为知识型员工,具有与传统管理对象不同的特点。对高校教师的有效管理,必须建立起符合高校知识型员工特点的人力资源管理模式。基于绩效评估体系的行为引导,基于薪酬的激励性回馈等。
As Intellectual personnel,teachers in institutions of higher education have different characteristics from traditional personnel.An effective management mould of human resources for intellectual personnel in institutions of higher education has to be established in accordance with the teachers' achievements and the stimulating policies on payment.
