Creation: An Inexhaustible Source for the Sustainable Development of University Journals

高校学报在新的历史时期,面对知识经济、市场经济和新技术革命的挑战,要想拓展发展空间,保持持续发展,就必须创新。创新是时代发展对学报工作的必然要求。创新体现在学报工作的诸多方面,如观念创新、选题创新、栏目创新和机制创新等等。只要学报工作者善于创新、勇于创新,无论哪一层次的高校学报都有无限的发展空间。

This paper studies the way to expand space for the sustainable development of journals in institutions of higher education in the face of challenge of knowledge economy, market economy and technological revolution of the new historical period. The new era requires editors to blaze new trails in several respects: Bringing forth new ideas; selecting creative subjects; creating brandnew columns and mechanism. Journals of different levels have limitless space for development provided that editors are bold in making innovations.
