摘要
分析了国内外共轨系统高速电磁阀的开发现状,确立了开发目标,从电磁材料和线圈结构等方面对共轨喷油器上高速电磁阀进行了分析和设计,通过优化试验确定了线圈参数,并给出了测试结果。
The paper analyzed exploitation present situation of fastopen solenoid valve for common rail systems in the worldwide and established exploitation object.The paper analyzed and designed fastopen solenoid valve for common rail injector in the metal of electromagetism and coil structure.Confirmed the coil parameter through the optimized experimentation and make out the result of the test.
