摘要 针对钢芯铝绞线与铝包钢线混架区的特殊要求,用粉末冶金方法研制新型受电弓滑板,分析结构、烧结温度及成分对滑板性能的影响,并将新研制的滑板与厂方原用滑板进行对比分析。Cu86%,Sn10%,G1%,Pb3%的滑板粉末冶金配方可减少滑板和线的磨损,提高二者寿命。滑板采用双润滑结构可进一步提高润滑效果。新型滑板的使用寿命可达到7.73Mm,铝绞线的使用寿命可达到15年以上。 The novel slider is developed by the means of powder metallurgy inorder to meet the requirements of the mixed field of aluminum twisting wire and steel-aluminum wire in electrification railoway.The effects of material composition,sintering temperature and slider structure on the slider's property are described.The results show that the wearing of the slider and wires is reduced and service life is prolonged by use of the prescription consists of Cu86%, Sn10%, Gl% and Pb3% .The lubricating results are better by adoption of the double lubrication structure.The service life of the new slider and the aluminum wire are up to 7.73Mm and 15 years, respectively.
