摘要
介绍双拱燃煤反射炉的炉型特点和锌合金冶炼及锌精炼中的应用效果。双拱反射炉取代锌合金生产的熔锌电炉,减少能耗、克服频繁修炉、降低使用和维护成本、减少分析化验炉次,提高合金化学成分的稳定性。取代锌精炼普通反射炉,降低金属烧损和提高杂质去除效率。
The characteristics of double arch reverberatory furnace by coal-burning(DARFBCB) and the application results in zinc alloy smelting and zinc refining are described. In zinc alloy smelting, the energy consumption, furnace repairing frequency, operation and maintenance cost, sampling and analyzing batches are reduced, and stability of the alloy composition is increased by the substitution of double arch reverberatory furnace by coal-burning for induction furnace. While the normal reverberatory furnace is replaced by double arch reverberatory furnace by coal-burning in zinc refining process, the zinc lost by oxidation is obviously decreased, and the elimination of the impurities is intensified.
