摘要 通过分析电解槽物理场耦合关系,建立数学物理模型,研究大型预焙铝电解槽内电-磁场、热场及铝液流速场的多场耦合解析方法。针对青铜峡铝业集团公司200kA预焙槽的计算表明,解析结果与实测值能较好地吻合,不仅有利于全面深入地了解槽内物理场的全时空分布特性,而且可直接应用于传统电解槽的设计优化及运行工况的分析与诊断。 By analyzing coupled relation of physics fields in aluminum reduction cells and establishing the mathematical physics models, the coupled analysis method on electric current and magnetic field distribution, temperature profile and metal flowing in cells is investigated. Computational results in a 200 kA prebaked cells of Qingtongxia Aluminum Corporation show that the analysis results is well consonant with the measured data. The coupled simulation is not only benefit to understand the full time and all orientation distribution of the physics fields in a-luminum reduction cells, but also can be directly applied to the optimization design on traditional aluminum reduction cells and the analysis of the operation situation.
