Floatation Technology for A Ag-Cu-Pb-Mo Multi-metal Ore from Henan of China

摘要 研究某银、铜、铅、锌、钼多金属硫化矿的浮选工艺。采用新型铜捕收剂ERAZⅡ,部分优先浮选铜,然后铜铅混合优先浮选,混合精矿再铜铅分离。硫酸铜活化,无氰、无铬浮选锌。Cu,Pb和Zn精矿品位分别为17.09%,53.17%和52.59%,回收率分别为88.24%,79.44%和69.36%,银总回收率80.54%。Cu,Pb,Zn,Ag在尾矿中损失率分别为4.98%,2.31%,8.89%和19.46%。 The floatation technology for a Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn-Mo multi-metal sulfide ore is developed. Some copper is preferentially floated firstly with ERAZII as capture agent, then the copper and lead co-preferential flotation is conducted, and finally the copper concentrate and lead concentrate are separated from the mixed concentrate. After copper and lead separation, the zinc concentrate is produced by floatation without cyanide and chromium with the CuSO4 as active agent. The grades and recoveries of copper, lead and zinc concentrates are 17.09%, 53.17%, 52.59% and 88.24%, 79.44%, 69.36%, respectively. The total recovery of silver is 80.54% . The loses of copper, lead, zinc and silver in tailings are 4.98%, 2.31%, 8.89%, 19.46%, respectively.
