摘要
阐述石油压裂液混配车上料系统及发液系统的设计和研制及其工作能力的测定,并对两系统作出基本评价。石油压裂液高效快速混配车的上料系统及发液系统经设计、加工、试验、改进、工业化试验和生产,完全达到了设计要求。整车生产能力达到1.5m^3/min,配制出的压裂液即时黏度达到实验窒最高黏度的90%以上,而且压裂液中不存在水包团,设备运行平稳可靠。
The research, design and manufacture of the material ascending system and the outflow pipeline system for the fracture fluid mixing truck are described, and the performance of systems are identified and valuated. The material ascending and outflow pipeline system in fracture fluid mixing truck applied to oil mining completely meet the requirements in design throughout the design, manufacture, experiment, improvement, commercial test and practice. The capacity of the truck is up to 1.5m3/min, and the viscosity of outflow fracture fluid is as high as 90% of that in laboratory. There is no powder-group in fracture fluid, and the operation of the equipment is stable and reliable.
