广西桂林漓江流域水量减少的综合治理

Integrated Harness of Water Yield Reduction in LiJiang River Basin of Guilin,Guangxi

前言“山青水秀”,相辅相成,没有水则山不青,水也不会秀。没有水,只是光秃秃的石山,就不会桂林山水甲天下。可以说没有漓江,桂林就不会成为闻名于世的旅游城市。漓江不仅是桂林的,而且应该是广西和我国重点保护的江河之一。漓江的主要功能是灌溉农田,供居民饮用的水源,还有工业用水,发电。

Serious situations and impacts of water yield reduction in Lijiang River basin are illustrated, according to investigations at the upper reaches of the river basin and in Guilin city. Based on long-term forest hydrological research, it is fully expounded that water yield reduction is induced with severe deforestation. From the strategical point of view, it poses ten comprehensive approaches, which are of significance in both theory and urban ecological construction.
