摘要
近年来 ,随着ISO14 0 0 0环境管理体系标准的实施以及车间环境污染相关法律法规的日益严格 ,机床设备的绿色化已成为今后发展的重要方向。文章在对齿轮加工机床设计和制造的绿色性问题进行分析的基础上 ,提出了 6种齿轮加工机床绿色设计与制造策略。结合典型实例和设计实践 。
In recent years, along with the implement of ISO 14000 Environmental Management Systems and the increasingly stringent regulations on environmental pollution of workshop, environmental consciousness and green machine tool have become new hotspots in the industry. In this paper, on the basis of discussion of the green problems in the design of gear machine tool, six practical strategies are presented. Combining with the standard cases, the contents and its contribution to greenization are addressed in detail.
