Similarity Measurement of Community Food Webs.

群落是指一定地段或生境里各种生物种群构成的结构单元。群落内各物种不是孤立存在的,它们之间存在着极为复杂的营养联系。一种植物常有多种害虫取食,一种害虫可取食多种植物。

A new method measuring similarity among community food webs is developed based on adjacency matrices of community food webs. The similarity coefficient S = a/(a+b+c) is obtained by comparing two adjacency matrices, where a,b and c represent respectively the match numbers in 2×2 frequency table.
