通过对联网收费全过程的分析,进行了相应的通信模型设计,提出了系统收费模式与监控方案,它是由联网通信充当“神经系统”的混合式收费系统。

based on the analysis of necessity and feasibility and difficulty for freeway network toll collection and network management, this paper comes up with a design model for freeway network toll collection by operating freeway with corporation system. By system analysis of the whole network toll collection process, this paper formulates the model of system toll, the plan of monitoring and the corresponding network communication business design. After that, the composite toll collection with Intellect Card or Cash, 3S and Internet is made.
