摘要 本文介绍了一种 1 5 -V轨道 -轨道CMOS运算放大器 ,该放大器采用了一种新颖的电流折叠共源共栅电路作增益级 ,使用一种电流跨导器作输入级 ,获得了低电源条件下的高电压增益和宽频带响应。在 2 5 -pF的负载电容下 ,它的静态功耗只有 10 0 μW ,直流开环增益 ,单位增益带宽和相位裕度分别达到 72dB ,1 82 -MHz和 5 In this paper, an 1.5 V rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier is presented, which adopts a novel kind of current fold cascade circuit as gain stage and uses a kind of current trans-conductor as input stage, achieving high voltage gain and broad frequency band response under low supply voltage. It consumes only 100 μW, achieving 72 dB dc open-loop gain, 1.82 MHz unity-gain band-width and 58°phase margin for a load capacitance of 25 pF.
