Software and hardware design of travelling control system for paver is completed according to its function requirement and feature of TMS 320 LF 2407A CPU. The paver can be controlled with constant speed. The close type speed control system uses fuzzy control tactics PID. The feasibility and rationality of control system design are proved by the test.
