摘要
文章对国际标准化组织不久前推出,并被我国等同转化为国家标准的IS0/TS16949:2002这一新的质量管理体系标准作了较全面的说明,阐明了其产生的背景及其意义。并通过ISO9001、QS9000、VDA6.1等标准的分析,对其兼容又有扩展的鲜明特点予以了介绍。
This paper gives a detailed explanation of the novel quality management system ISO/TS 16949 : 2002, launched not long ago by International Standard Organization and equally converted into national standard by China, describes its background and significance. Through analysis of ISO 9001, QS 9000, VDA 6.1, it introduces its characteristics of compatibility and development. Finally it points out ISO/TS 16949 represents the forefront of quality management system in modern industries, its significance overruns the field of auto industry.
