蛹蛋白/粘胶复合纤维的染色性能研究

摘要 测试了蛹蛋白/粘胶复合纤维和普通粘胶纤维的上染百分率、半染时间和扩散系数:直接大红4BS上染率71%,t1/2=18min,扩散系数是4.53×10-16m2/s;粘胶长丝的上染率76%,t1/2=13min,扩散系数6.34×10-16m2/s。Drimarene红X-6BN上染率28%,t1/2=10min,扩散系数是5.37×10-16m2/s:粘胶长丝的上染率27%,t1/2=16min;扩散系数是4.73×10-16m2/s.Megafix红B-3BF上染率16%,t1/2=14min.扩散系数是4.71×10-16m2/s;粘胶长丝的上染率6%,t1/2=21min;扩散系数1.68×10-16m2/s.其中双活性基染料对蛹蛋白/粘胶复合纤维染色的上染百分率和扩散系数犬于普通粘胶纤维,其半染时间小于普通粘胶纤维,结果表明双活性基染料可以提高蛹蛋白/粘胶复合纤维的染色效果. Dyeing kinetics parameters of pupal protein-viscose fiber blends and viscose fibers, including dyeing rate, half dyeing time and diffusion coefficient, were tested. Direct Red 4BS had a dyeing rate of 71%, half dyeing time of 18 min, and diffusion coefficient of 4.53 X 10-16m2/s; viscose rayon had a dyeing rate of 76%, half dyeing time of 13 min, and diffusion coefficient of 6.37X 10-16m2/s; Drimarene Red X-6BN had a dyeing rate of 27%, half dyeing time of 16 min, and diffusion coefficient of 4.73X10-16m2/s. Megafix Red B-3BF had a dyeing rate of 16%, half dyeing time of 14 min, and diffusion coefficient of 71 X 10-I6m2/s. Viscose rayon had a dyeing rate of 6%, half dyeing time of 21 min, and diffusion coefficient of 1.68 X 10-16m2/s. Among the fibers tested, when using bifunctional reactive dyes, the dyeing rate and diffusion coefficient for the pupal protein-viscose fiber blends were higher than those of the ordinary viscose fibers, and the half dyeing time was shorter than for viscose fibers. Results indicate that bifunctional reactive dyes can be used to improve the dyeing properties of pupal protein-viscose fiber blends.
