改性骨架镍催化加氢合成3-氨基-9-乙基咔唑研究

摘要 以改性骨架镍为催化剂,对3-硝基-9-乙基咔唑进行低压液相催化加氢合成3-氨基-9-乙基咔唑。研究了催 化剂/溶剂体系、温度和氢气压力等因素对加氢反应的影响,并进行了催化剂的循环套用试验和放大试验。 3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazole was prepared from 3-nitro-9-ethylcarbazole by hydrogenation with modified Raney Ni catalyst. An optimum solvent was used, temperature was 100 ℃, and pressure was 1.2Mp. Increasing temperature shortened reaction time, but temperatures higher than 110 ℃ were unfavorable to product yields and catalyst recycling. In an experiment 20 times the volume of the original experiment, a conversion of 99.9% was achieved by hydrogenation within 2-2.5 hrs under optimum conditions.
