摘要 目的 :研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)和丹参对缺血心肌病理改变的影响以及bFGF和丹参的抗损伤作用机制。方法 :采用组织化学的方法观察实验性缺血再灌注 (I R)损伤后心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)活性的改变以及bFGF和丹参的影响 ,并用图像分析仪检测酶活性的变化。结果 :缺血再灌注损伤后心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性和对照组相比明显下降 ,bFGF和丹参组SDH活性下降明显轻于I R组。结论 :bFGF和丹参能有效地减轻I Objective: To explore the effects of basic fibr oblast growth factor (bFGF) and salviae miltiorrhizae (SM) on pathological change of myocardial is chemic/reperfusion injury and their potential mechanism of reducing injury o f myocardial ischemic/reperfusion. Methods: The activity of suc cinic dehydrogenas e(SDH) in myocardium was measured with Nitro-BT method and were quantitatively e xamined by image analysis system. Results: Compared with c ontr ol group,the activity of SDH in I/R group was decreased significantly. Compar ed with I/R group, the decrease of activity of SDH in bFGF group and SM group w as slight. Conclusion: bFGF and SM may reduce myocardial ische mic/reperfu sion injury.
