摘要
以89B1、PR29、HA300、RHA265、RHA266、JK6、JK8、龙葵杂八种基因型向日葵为材料,对未成熟胚的萌动、愈伤组织的诱导、分化及再生苗的培养和移栽等方面进行了研究.结果表明:授粉后10~12d的胚分化频率在MS+0.03mg/LIAA+1.2mg/L6-BA的培养基上最高,可达70%以上.
89B1,PR29,HA300,RHA265,RHA266,JK6,JK8,LongKuiza eight kinds of Sunflowers were used as materials in this research.We had studied on the induce calli of immature embryos,differentiation and the culture and transplant of regeneration shoot and so on.Results obtained from these studies showed that on culture medium of MS+0.03 mg/L IAA+1.2 mg/L6-BA,differentiation frequency is the hightest after 10~12 days which young embryos was pollinationed.It can reach over 70%.
