论引草入田及其风险防范

Discussion on Planting Grass in Fields and Its Preventive Countermeasures against the Risk

引草入田是种植业由"粮食作物—经济作物"二元结构向"粮食作物—经济作物—饲料作物"三元结构调整的重要内容,也是实现农牧结合,形成"草畜乳(肉)"一体化种养模式的核心,笔者论述了引草入田的基本概念和经济功能,并从当前生产实际和发展趋势的角度出发,分析了引草入田可能遇到的风险,存在的问题以及化解防范措施.结果表明:引草入田要以国内外市场信息的准确分析和当地的自然条件、经济条件、社会条件为依据,乘"需"而入,科学论证合理实施,可实现农产品多样性,以满足市场需求,增加农牧民收入,促进农业可持续发展.

Plunting grash in fields was an important measure of the structural adjustment of cropping system from cereal-cash two-unit structure to cereal-cash-forage three-unit structure,and was also the key to realizing the combinution of farming with animal husbandry and to building the grass-livestock-milk meat integrative cropping patterns.The paper discussed the basic concepts and the economic implications of planting grass in fields;it analysed the risks to take and the existing problem from the angles of the present actual situation and the trend of the productive development;it puts froward the preventive countermeasures against the risk of planting grass in fields.The results showed if planting grass in fiels should rationally practised accordingly to the demand based on the precise analysis of international market information and the local natural resources.the ceonomic basis and the social environment,it would be feasible to form the variety of agricultural products so as to ment with the market demand,to increase the in come of famiers and herdsmen and to promate the sustainable development of agriculture.
