摘要
运用肝素钠在血管内外抗凝血的功能,对选择性凝固性血胸11例行闭式引流术时,将肝素钠注入胸腔内,引流出难以溶化凝血块,避免了剖胸行血块及纤维组织剥除术.
When promoting closed drainage for 11 cases of selective coagulable hemothorax with the anticoagulant function of heparin soduim in and aut of blood vessel we inject heparin soduim into cavitas thoracis and drain refractory coagulum avoiding thoracotomy and promoting coagula and decollemert of fibrious tissue.
