脉冲电离子联合α-2b干扰素预防尖锐湿疣复发疗效探讨

Probe into the Curative Effect of Pusled Fulguration Combining with Interferon on Preventing Recurrence of Condyloma Acuminatum

为探讨脉冲电离子联合α-2b干扰素预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效和作用机制,采用随机对比法,两组均电灼去掉疣体后,治疗组病损处注射α-2b干扰素,对照组全身肌注α-2b干扰素,比较4个月后复发率分别为8.9%和28.9%.提示电灼联合α-2b干扰素局部给药是降低尖锐湿疣复发率新的有效途径.

The curative effect and functional mechanism of pulsed fulguration combining with α-2b interferon to prevent recurrence of condyloma acuminatum were discused.Random Contrast method was utilized.Both therapy and control group warts were fulgurated,but the former combining with regional injection of α-2b interferon,the latter combining with injection of muscle.The Recurrent percentage of two groups is 7.7% and 28.9% respectively after 4 months. The result showed that fulguration combining with regional injection of α-2b interferon is a few effective affective approach to decrease recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
