六个矮牵牛品种过氧化物酶同工酶分析

Study on Peroxidase Isoenzyme of 6 Species of Petunia Hybrida

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了6种不同花色矮牵牛品种过氧化物酶同工酶,并用排序分析法对其亲缘关系进行了比较分析.结果表明:不同品种的矮牵牛叶片具有不同酶谱,从酶谱分析中看出白色矮牵牛品种与粉色单瓣矮牵牛品种、玫瑰红色矮牵牛品种、紫色矮牵牛品种的亲缘关系较远,粉色矮牵牛品种与红色矮牵牛品种的亲缘关系较近,粉色单瓣矮牵牛品种与玫瑰红色矮牵牛品种、紫色矮牵牛品种的亲缘关系较近.

The peroxidase isoenzyme of leaves of six species Petunia hybrida were studied by the method of polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis and their sibship were studied by the method of index analysis. The results showed the leaves of different species of Petunia hybrida have different enzyme spectrum zone. The consanguinity of pink Petunia hybrida is closed to red Petunia hybrida,a single pind Petunia hybrida is closed to rose color Petunia hybrid and purple Petunia hybrida. but white Petunia hybrida remote to a single pind Petunia hybrida, rose color Petunia hybrid and purple Petunia hybrida.
