摘要
目的 探讨针刺百会及大椎对拟血管性痴呆 (VD)大鼠的认知行为及脑内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)的影响。方法 将纯系Wistar老年大鼠 36只随机分为假手术组、模型组、针刺组和西药组 ,采用 2 -血管阻断法 ( 2 -VO)制作VD大鼠模型 ,之后进行百会、大椎针刺治疗。检测大鼠穿梭箱实验成绩及脑内GSH -PX的活力。结果 针刺VD大鼠百会、大椎穴可明显减少大鼠在穿梭箱实验中的电击次数和电击时间 ,增强脑内GSH -PX的活力。结论 针刺百会、大椎能提高VD大鼠的学习记忆能力 ,改善自由基代谢 。
Objective It is to study the effect of Baihui and Dazhui acupuncture on cognitive action and glutathione-peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity in brain of vascular dementia (VD) rats. Methods Thirty-six pure Wistar aging rats were divided into negative injury group, model group, acupuncture group and medicine group. VD models were induced with 2-VO and treated with acupuncture of Baihui and Dazhui. The memory ability in according to shuttle test and the activity of GSH-PX in brain were determined. Results After acupuncture of Baihui and Dazhui, the stroke times and the stroke time of shuttle decreased and the activity of GSH-PX in brain increased. Conclusion Acupuncture of Baihui and Dazhui can increase the learning and memory ability of VD rat and improve the metabolism of free radical and promote its restoring intelligence.
