分析了LotusDomino/Notes作为群件系统的特性,阐述了利用工作流进行合同商务管理的需求、设计要素和工作流程,详细讨论了并发控制技术和主文档域值修改方法。测试结果表明,采用文中所介绍的工作流技术设计的合同商务管理软件运行稳定且性能良好。

The properties of the Lotus Domino/Notes, which is a groupware system, are analyzed in this paper. The design process of using workflow in contract management, including requirement, design factor and workflow realization, is discussed.Finally,give the technology to realize inter-current control and the method to change the state value on the main document through child document. Testing results show that the contract management software based on workflow techniques is steady in motion with good performance.
