摘要
本研究对霉变板栗进行了病原真菌的分离和感染力研究。从现有的样品中共分离出 10种病原真菌 ,根据各自菌落特征及繁殖方式 ,进行了感染力试验。试验发现 ,青霉、曲霉、毛霉、炭疽菌和疫霉的感染力都在 70 %以上 ,混合菌感染为 10 0 % 。
The pathogenic eumycetes in rotted chestnuts were isolated, and their infectivity examined. Ten kinds of pathogenic eumycetes were isolated from samples; they were examined by their respective properties, reproductive modes and infectivity. Infectivity was above 70% for Penicillium Link, Aspergillus Micheli, Mucor Mucedo, Colletotrium SP or Phytophthora Parastica , and up to 100% for mixed pathogenic eumycetes. This study suggested a theoretical basis for preventing chestnuts from rotting.
