用氨基酸分析仪测定人尿中3-甲基组氨酸的含量

摘要
3-甲基组氨酸(3-methylhistidine,3-MH)含量的测定,已被广泛应用于研究肌肉蛋白质在不同条件下的代谢变化,3-MH是人体肌纤维蛋白中的特异氨基酸,全身的3-MH有90%集中在骨骼肌中。
