摘要 利用高精度超声技术 ,研究Zr4 1Ti14 Cu12 .5Ni10 .0 Be2 2 .5非晶合金的玻璃化转变过程 ,在不同退火温度下 ,特别是过冷液区 ,测量超声波在样品中传播的纵波和横波速度 (V1,Vs) ,进行X射线衍射结构的跟踪分析 ,监测样品密度 (ρ)和显微硬度值 (Hv) ,并观察纵波和横波衰减 (α1,αs)的变化行为 ,测试结果为研究非晶成核。 Using ultrasonic technique,the longitudinal and shear velocity(V 1,V s)of ultrasonic wave propagated through a bulk amorphous alloy Zr 41 Ti 14 Cu 12.5 Ni 10.0 Be 22.5 were measured at differential annealing temperatures,meanwhile the density(ρ),micro hardness(H v)and X ray diffraction of the sample were detected.The glass transition process on amorphous alloy was studied systematically,in special at undercool liquid region.These results reveal close relationship between the elastic properties and microstructural characteres at nucleation and crystallization process of amorphous alloy.
