At present there appears an inevitable trend for th e medium and smallsized（M&S）enterprises to utilize the Internet. In th is article we propose a blueprint for the construction of auxiliary busi ness websites for such enterprises,arguing that even in the absence of their own network engineers and software developers,it is still possible for them to esta blish their auxiliary websites and develop a basic ecommerce.
