摘要 系统分析少棘蜈蚣粗毒的化学组成,蛋白质含量86.23%、水不溶物质0.24%、还原糖0.23%、水份2.1%,仅含Ser、Pro、Arg等三种游离氨基酸,鉴定了11种微量元素,碱性凝胶电泳显示20条蛋白质谱带。分析了10种酶的活性、出血毒性及对血小板聚集的影响,其中精氨酸酯酶活力最高,不存在类凝血酶、淀粉酶活性及出血毒性,蜈蚣毒的浓度为0.3μg/μL时强烈诱导血小板的聚集。 The chemical compositions of centipede venom of Scolopendra subspinipes mutilam L.Koch were systematically analyzed.The results showed the contents of water was 2.1%, protein 86.23%, water iusoluble substance 0.24% and reducing sugar 0.23%.Only three free amino acids (Ser, Pro, Arg) were present in the venom.Seventeen elements were examined,The venom showed twenty protein bands as determined by basic polyacrylamide gel eiectrophoresis The activities ot ten enzymes, hemorrhagic toxicity and effect on platelet aggregation had also been determined.The activities showed that the arginine esterase was the highest, and were no a-amylase, thrombin-like enzyme activities and no hemorrhgic toxicity could be found.The platelet aggregation could be induced by the venom over 0.3ug/*L.
