复合型初中理科教师培养模式的研究与实践

基于我国初中理科教育中理、化、生分科类课程与理科综合类课程两种教学模式并存的现实，在分析了初中理科综合与理、化、生分科类师资的知识结构、实验技能、创新与研究能力、师范素质、班级管理与组织能力基础上，本课题组从课程结构、教学内容、教学方法。实践技能及综合师范素质培养等方面建立起一个复合型初中理科教师培养的新模式．

In this paper, the process of and achievement of research is summarized on a new model of training compound teacher of science for junior middle school. It included the course structure, teaching contents, teaching methods, comprehensive teacher quality and so on.
